I have just started to relearn piano after almost 45 years and was challenged by my piano tutor, Vesna Rica, to play a hymn I knew as part of my daily sight reading practice. I love hymns and like what a lot of modern Christian songwriters are now doing with refreshes of loved hymns and additions of bridges or choruses. The hymns inspiring these arrangements and musical additions were all in public domain. The original hymn authors are included in the notation of the song authors along with myself.The collection also includes songs with lyrics by my great grandparents.
